Zuarina 20-month Parma Ham is made from carefully selected legs from the finest pigs of the Po Valley. It is slowly aged in the underground cellar of the Cascinapiano facility in Langhirano, developing remarkable sweetness. Boning and tying are carried out in-house by Zuarina’s own staff, with care and expertise.
